Two Tropical Cyclones in the Atlantic Basin

As of 1200 on July 7, 2018 we still are monitoring two tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Basin.  Tropical Depression 3 off the coast of North Carolina is bringing 4-8 inches of rain to the Outer Banks before moving to the north skirting the US Eastern Seaboard.  Hurricane Beryl has shifted slightly to the south and weakened in intensity, but is still tracking to disrupt the same islands still recovering from Hurricane Maria last year.  Monitor developments at
