Tropical Storm Beryl has weakened

As 0f 1200 on July 9, 2018, Tropical Storm Beryl has weakened and opened to a tropical wave, but flooding in Puerto Rico and other islands with damaged drainage systems is expected. Parts of Puerto Rico had received 4 inches of rain from. Because of damaged drainage systems, runoff may be much more significant than would otherwise occur with rainfall of this magnitude.
