BUD IS SOUTH OF CABO SAN LUCAS

As of 1200 on June 13,2018, Hurricane Bud is South of Cabo San Lucas with forecast tropical storm strength winds and rain extending into Arizona and New Mexico.  Relief in wildfire zones (red dots, right) are likely on Saturday, particularly for the 416 fire near Durango and the Arizona fires.  Flooding is likely from Cultacan through Hermosilla driving most evacuations from the Mexican coast to the south.
